Trade Marketing: assist the sales team to develop the new customers; provide the product sheets and samples to distributors and customers; support the 4A company to do the image-building and shop fitment ; make the POP, shelf for the displays in supermarkets; design and make a 56-leafs of DM and post to the targeting communities 3. Product Managing: design the research paper, execute the survey and make report periodically; product orientation; SWOT analyses for the competitive products; find out and mastermind the functional and differentiated aspects; design and make the products sheets; do the new product research and launch; product image and function training for the sales team 4. Daily Tasks: make the plan for the yearly/quarterly marketing expenses; negotiate with the advertising kits suppliers; sort, count and manage the assets of marketing dept.; good communication with sales and administration dept
