1. Understand customers’ requirement, help customers in products selections, and complete theLacoste Polo Shirts profile.2. Make the project plan, assign the works of relevant departments, and make sure the schedule is met.3. Assist customers on the layout of Cheap Lacoste Polo Shirts and production process optimization, and check customers preparation.4. Responsible for equipment installation and commissioning, and carry out operation and maintenance training to relevant staff.5. Assist customers’ pre-production; complete the equipment handover to customer.6. Providing equipment and products technical support to customers, guide customers to operate or handle properly.7. Carry on the on-site product trial, summarize the trial result, and provide solutions when problem occurs.8. Handle customer complaints, investigate with QC and production department, feedback the findings to customer, and meanwhile internally follow up the implementation of corrective actions.9. Summarize the Lacoste Shirts and then make customer visit plan.10. Based on customer’s actual use, give recommendation on both product & equipment improving and cost saving.11. Make expense budget and control the cost of the team.
