Responsible

1. Responsible for maintain the business and develop sales activities on the assigned region. As the customer's backup, fully aware of customer’s short and long term strategies.
2. Responsible for take local market actions with customer Global team which based in Europe and receiving its support for our activity in China, South Korea, India and Romania.
3. Collaborate to the Marketing process, analyzing the customers' requirements and their product planning in order to detect new opportunities, to review market trends, technical developments and our competitors' activities. (Follow up, customer claims, customer’s requirements, expectations).
4. As the interface in between the customers and the internal organization in communicating all necessary information and supporting the project team.
5. Responsible to lead customer’s actions list (opportunity list) with all the internal parties.
6. Prepare the report of sales activities, customer’s expectations, administration requirements.
7. Negotiate the contract under the control and with the support of the Managing Director.
8. Based on the analysis of the customer, orientate and support the customer to perform sales, training management, market knowledge share, end user requirement’s fulfillment.
9. Plays the role of Team Lead in the country, acting as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers, coordinating all organization’s activities affecting the country of responsibility.
